Last week, it was an impt sporting event- National Vertical Marathon. Frankly speaking, i was quite afraid of letting my team down. The team consists of gungho wl, competitive pong, garang sh, iron lady mitch and the pathetic ME. Being with them was quite pressurizing, i've got to train real hard as there's a pressure of winning. The memory of the previous climb was definitely haunting. I can still rmb vividly the feeling of being suffocated in the stairways, and my face was totally white after the climb. Thanks to the training, this yr's marathon was slightly easier. Phew..Yuppy yupp, so our team made it FOURTH!!!(((: I guess that was pretty unexpected for all of us, cuz of the tough competition but yeah, we were glad! However the prezzie was damm cui- Uncle Toby's and Ganola Bars for a 4th prize-.-!zzzzz to the max.
As much as we claimed that we will nv participate again, but i guess we are gg tgt next yr. GO MIMI PUFFLETS(:
I need im deprived of exercising now. With the end of my fitness membership and there's no upcoming marathons. It makes me less willing to train and keep fit. SIANS:( I just hope dacy can quickly find a team for NUS Race. Time check- 52 mins before work ends:(
